Dave Kleidermacher is the VP of Security in the Platforms and Ecosystems PA at Google. In this role he heads the Android Security and Privacy team that is responsible for protecting the Android ecosystem - this includes the Play Store and Pixel devices, phones by Google. Prior to his role at Google, Dave has held positions as SVP/Chief Security Officer at Blackberry, Chief Technology Officer at Integrity Global Security and VP/Chief Technology Officer at Green Hills Software. Dave earned his bachelor of science in computer science from Cornell University and is a frequent speaker and writer in the area of computer security. Speaker credits include delivering the 2014 Embedded World Conference Keynote, “Securing the Internet of Things” and author of the book “Embedded Systems Security”, Elsevier 2012.

Senior Principal Security Engineer
Senior Principal Security Engineer for Amazon's consumer devices division. Andrews’ responsibilities vary across a multitude of security roles including creating new features and new designs. These responsibilities include design and code reviews, incident response to training and education, internal policies, standards and legislation covering both server side and client side. Andrews is based in Seattle with a stint at Amazon's Silicon Valley offices. Outside of work, he is an amateur bike racer and a more amateur rock climber.

He has designed Blockchain based decentralized and autonomous authentication and authorization for constrained devices. Prior to joining Comcast, Asad pioneered Managed Security Services for Netrex Secure Solutions, including Firewall in the Cloud architecture and managed Intrusion Prevention Service. He possesses extensive hands-on experience as a Chief Application and Network Architect, including experience in systems management, information security, software development, large secure network (TCP/IP) design and deployment, departmental oversight and management.

Darren is a veteran of information security with 27 years leading efforts to secure critical infrastructure for Fortune 100 companies and the US Department of Defense. Darren has led nearly every aspect of cybersecurity while at T-Mobile over the past 10 years and currently leads Telecommunications Infrastructure Security. As a recently retired U.S. Air Force Cyber Warfare Officer, Darren commanded numerous cyberspace missions and was a key contributor to the development of the DoDʼs future concept of cyber operations protecting the nation's critical infrastructure.

Mike Dow has worked for Motorola, Freescale, and now NXP for 24 years. He has a Professional Engineering License in the state of Texas. He has extensive experience driving and participating in standards organizations such as IEEE and ISA and helped form the Wireless Industrial Technology Consortium (WiTECK) where he filled the position of Chair and President from 2007-2009. He has worked for the last 10 years in the Microcontroller Division in the role of Business Development, New Product Development, and Marketing where he specializes in Security, Connectivity, Industrial IoT, Point of Sale, and Smart Energy verticals.

David Kaufman is director of business development for Resideo Technologies, Inc. and the company’s primary representative for any IoT related standard or alliance. During his 30-plus years in automation, David has held various executive sales, marketing, and general management roles and generated consistent organic business growth totaling over $500 million. David has filled key positions in the Wireless Industrial Network Alliance, the HART Communications Foundation, and the Open Connectivity Foundation. He was a charter board member of the Wireless Compliance Institute, the Energy Information Standards Alliance, and the OpenADR Alliance and has received numerous industry awards, including two from the U.S. National Institute of Technology (NIST). He holds multiple U.S. patents and is a published author on wireless technologies.

Brad Ree is Chief Technology Officer of IoT Solutions at ioXt. Brad leads ioXt blockchain-enabled security platform, which brings carrier-grade security to the unlicensed home, enterprise, and industrial markets. Brad also serves as Security Advisory Chair for ZigBee and holds over 25 patents. He has developed communication systems for AT&T, General Electric, and Arris. Before joining ioXt, Brad was Vice President of IoT security at Verimatrix, where he led the development of blockchain solutions for ecosystem operators. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Western Michigan University and is highly versed in many IoT protocols and their associated security models.
